Bulletin Board
WOW! We have updated our Primary bulletin board, located across the hall from the kitchen. In keeping with our challenge of reading the Book of Mormon and having the children complete maps as they read so they can discover "treasure" (a testimony), we have created a bulletin board to help keep them motivated. On it is a large treasure chest and each time they complete a map and turn it in, a gold "coin" is added to the chest with their name and the book or books they have read in the Book of Mormon. When they complete the Book we will put a "jewel" in the treasure chest with their name and the date they completed reading. Let's make reading the Book of Mormon a daily event and fill up our treasure chest. "Lay up for yourselves a treasure in heaven" Helaman 5:8. Please help your children remember to mark their maps and turn them in. And don't forget to check out the bulletin board.

It looks awesome! Thank you for challenging us to read the Book of Mormon with our kids. Where do we get more maps? We need several.
Thanks Kelly for this post. You're awesome!
